Privacy Policy

We only collect information you choose to send us through this website:

• Service requests. When you submit a service request we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add.
• Contact messages. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message.
• Orders. If you place an order we collect your name, email address, the items ordered, and any address you provide for delivery.

We use this information to reply to you, arrange and manage your appointment or order, and keep our own records of the request. We do not sell your personal information.

Our studio email runs on Google's Gmail service, so the messages we exchange with you are stored in our Gmail account. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent to the email address you gave us.

Items you add to your cart are stored in your own browser using local storage. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us until you complete an order.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and how people arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as your approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. You can opt out across all sites using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Some pages on this site display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and in some cases to personalise the ads you see based on your visits to this and other websites.

You can review and change your advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center, and read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google's privacy and terms.

This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies on this site come from the third-party services described above (Google Analytics and Google AdSense). Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; blocking them will not stop you from browsing or contacting us.

We keep service requests, appointments, orders and contact messages for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep accurate business records. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you by emailing contact@artistehairstudio.com, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you appointment reminders. Just contact us using the details above.

This website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children through the site. If you're booking a service for a child, please contact the studio directly.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above.
