When you submit a service request you are asking us for a date and time — you are not booking a confirmed appointment. Your request is confirmed only once a member of our team replies to confirm the service, date, time and stylist. Until then, nothing is reserved for you.

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please let us know as far in advance as you can by calling the studio or replying to your confirmation email. We may not be able to accommodate changes made at short notice.

Some beauty services shown on this site are offered on-site by Charm Brows & Beauty. Requests for those services continue on the Charm Brows & Beauty website, and those services are provided under their own terms and policies.

Prices, service descriptions and product details shown on this site may change, and some services are priced from a starting amount that depends on hair length, condition or the time your service takes. Your stylist will confirm the price with you before starting. We do our best to keep this site accurate, but we can't guarantee that every detail is free of errors.

Product availability can change, and we may need to cancel an order if an item is unavailable. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for services and products at the studio.

Hair and beauty results vary from person to person, and depend on your hair, skin and how you care for the result at home. Photos and descriptions on this site show examples of our work rather than a guaranteed outcome. Please tell your stylist about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions or previous treatments before your service so they can advise you properly.

You may browse this site and use it to contact us and request services. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, access other people's information, or copy our text, photographs or branding for your own commercial use without our permission.
