About this service
A facial focused on firmness, texture and tone, using active serums, targeted exfoliation and massage techniques that work the facial muscles and stimulate circulation.
What a facial can realistically do is improve how your skin looks and feels — smoother texture, better hydration, a brighter and more even tone, and a temporarily firmer, more lifted appearance. It doesn't replace medical treatments, and we won't pretend otherwise.
What genuinely changes skin over years is daily sunscreen and consistency. Facials support that; they don't substitute for it.
Every facial starts with a skin consultation, and your esthetician will adjust the products and steps to what your skin actually needs on the day. Please tell us about any medication, recent treatments, allergies, or if you're pregnant, as some products and steps may need to be changed or left out.
What's included
- Consultation about your concerns and current routine
- Double cleanse and targeted exfoliation
- Active serums selected for firmness and tone
- Lifting facial and décolleté massage
- Firming mask
- Moisturiser, eye product and SPF
What to expect at your appointment
Allow an hour. After a consultation your esthetician cleanses and exfoliates, then layers active serums.
The massage is a substantial part of this facial — worked through the face, jaw, neck and décolleté to stimulate circulation and lift. A firming mask follows, then moisturiser, eye product and sunscreen.
Skin looks brighter and feels firmer immediately; some pinkness from the actives is normal.
Who it's best for
Mature skin, or anyone concerned about firmness, fine lines, dullness and uneven tone. If you're using prescription retinoids, tell us — exfoliation may need adjusting or pausing.
Caring for it at home
Skip acids and retinoids for 24 hours and wear sunscreen without exception — actives make skin more sun-sensitive.
Long term, daily sunscreen and a consistent routine do far more than any single treatment. Ask your esthetician what to prioritise for your skin.
Tips from our stylists
- Wear sunscreen daily; it's the most effective anti-ageing step there is
- Pause retinoids for two days before your appointment
- Book monthly for cumulative results rather than one-offs
- Include your neck and décolleté in your home routine
- Ask your esthetician what to add to your routine, and add one thing at a time
Common questions
- Will it get rid of my wrinkles?
- No. It improves texture, hydration, tone and gives a temporarily firmer, more lifted look. It isn't a substitute for medical treatments.
- How long do the results last?
- The immediate lift and glow last several days. Cumulative improvements in texture and tone come from regular treatments and daily home care.
- How often should I have it?
- Monthly for cumulative results.
- Can I have it if I use retinol?
- Yes, but pause it for a couple of days beforehand and tell your esthetician.
