About this service
A deeply hydrating facial designed for the run-up to a wedding, when skin needs to look plump, even and camera-ready rather than freshly treated.
The emphasis is on hydration and barrier support with no aggressive exfoliation and no risk of purging — deliberately, because nobody wants a reaction two days before a wedding. Skin looks smoother and makeup sits better on it.
Timing matters more than anything: this is best done a few days before the wedding, not the morning of.
Every facial starts with a skin consultation, and your esthetician will adjust the products and steps to what your skin actually needs on the day. Please tell us about any medication, recent treatments, allergies, or if you're pregnant, as some products and steps may need to be changed or left out.
What's included
- Consultation about your wedding timeline and skin concerns
- Gentle cleanse and light exfoliation
- Layered hydrating serums and hyaluronic actives
- Facial massage to reduce puffiness
- Hydrating mask
- Barrier moisturiser and SPF
- Advice on skin prep in the final days
What to expect at your appointment
Allow an hour. Your esthetician asks about your timeline and works gently throughout — nothing here is intended to provoke a reaction.
Hydrating serums are layered, a massage helps reduce puffiness, and a hydrating mask plumps the skin. Barrier moisturiser and sunscreen finish it. Skin looks dewy immediately with no downtime.
Who it's best for
Brides, grooms and wedding guests in the week or two before the day, and anyone with dehydrated, tight or dull-looking skin. Not the right choice if you need extractions or acne work — do that earlier in your timeline, not near the wedding.
Caring for it at home
Keep your routine unchanged in the final days — no new products, no acids, no experiments. Drink water, sleep, and use sunscreen.
Avoid facials, waxing and any new skincare in the 48 hours before the wedding. If you want deeper work such as extractions or peels, schedule those at least a month in advance.
Tips from our stylists
- Book this three to five days before the wedding, not the day before
- Do any extraction or peel work at least a month in advance
- Don't introduce new skincare in the final two weeks
- Book a course of hydrating facials in the months before for the best skin
- Avoid alcohol and salty food the night before the wedding for less puffiness
Common questions
- When should I book it before my wedding?
- Three to five days before is ideal — the hydration has settled and there's no risk of reaction on the day.
- Can I have extractions in this facial?
- It's deliberately gentle and hydration-focused. Book extraction or acne work at least a month before the wedding.
- Is there downtime?
- No — skin looks dewy and plump immediately.
- Can wedding guests book it too?
- Yes, it suits anyone with dehydrated skin before an event.
