About this service
A 30-minute facial covering the essentials — cleanse, exfoliate, mask, moisturise — for when you want your skin looking clear and fresh without setting aside an afternoon.
There's no extended massage or extractions, so it's the shortest facial we offer, but it still leaves skin visibly brighter. It fits neatly around a lunch break or before an evening out.
Every facial starts with a skin consultation, and your esthetician will adjust the products and steps to what your skin actually needs on the day. Please tell us about any medication, recent treatments, allergies, or if you're pregnant, as some products and steps may need to be changed or left out.

What to expect at your appointment
Allow 30 minutes. Your esthetician cleanses your skin, exfoliates, and applies a mask chosen for your skin type while it settles.
The mask is removed and your skin is moisturised and protected. Slight pinkness afterwards is normal and settles within an hour.
Who it's best for
Anyone short on time, first-time facial clients who want to try one before committing to a longer treatment, and anyone wanting a quick refresh before an event. If you want extractions or a full massage, choose the Basic Facial or longer.
Caring for it at home
Leave your skin bare for a few hours if you can, and use sunscreen if you're going outside. Skip exfoliating acids and retinoids that evening.
The best results come from what you do between appointments: a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser suited to your skin, and daily sunscreen. Sunscreen matters more than any single product you can buy.
