Lash Extension Refills (2 weeks)
Maintain your lash extensions with refill service Offered on-site by Charm Brows & Beauty
Booking for this service continues on the Charm Brows & Beauty website (opens in a new tab).
About this service
Lash extensions shed as your natural lashes complete their growth cycle — that's normal and unavoidable. A refill replaces the fans that have grown out and rebalances the set so it looks as full as it did on day one.
Offered on-site by Charm Brows & Beauty.
Timing matters. At around two to three weeks there's still enough of the original set in place to fill in; leave it much longer and there's little left to build on, which means paying for a full set again.
What's included
- Assessment of how much of the set remains
- Gentle removal of any grown-out or misaligned fans
- New fans applied to fill gaps and rebalance the set
- Symmetry checked across both eyes
- Finished set brushed and checked with you
- Aftercare reminder
What to expect at your appointment
Allow about an hour. Your therapist checks the remaining set, removes anything grown out or twisted, and fills in the gaps with new fans.
As with a full set, you lie with your eyes closed throughout. Keep them dry for 24 hours afterwards while the adhesive cures.
Who it's best for
Anyone with existing lash extensions from two to three weeks ago. If it's been longer than four weeks, or if less than about half the set remains, a full set is usually the better value — mention how long it's been when you request your appointment.
Caring for it at home
Keep dry for 24 hours, then cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam cleanser and brush with a clean spoolie.
No oil-based products, no mascara, no curlers, and never pull at them. Book your next refill at two to three weeks rather than waiting for the set to thin out.
Tips from our stylists
- Book refills every two to three weeks — leaving it longer costs more
- Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup
- Cleansing daily makes a real difference to how long each set lasts
- Tell us how long it's been since your last appointment so the right service is booked
- Never pull at loose extensions; let your therapist remove them
Common questions
- How often do I need refills?
- Every two to three weeks, as extensions shed with your natural lash cycle.
- What if I've left it longer?
- If less than about half the set remains, a full set is usually better value. Tell us how long it's been and we'll book the right service.
- Can I have a different look at a refill?
- Small adjustments yes. Bigger changes in volume or curl are better done with a fresh full set.
- How long does it take?
- About an hour.
