About this service
Nano-infusion paired with an anti-ageing serum protocol. The device creates microchannels in the top layer of the skin so peptides, antioxidants and hydrating actives absorb far more effectively than they can when simply applied.
Because nano works superficially, there's no bleeding and essentially no downtime — it sits between a traditional facial and microneedling in both intensity and results. It targets fine lines, texture and firmness.
A course gives noticeably better results than a single session, and your esthetician will be straightforward with you about that.
Every facial starts with a skin consultation, and your esthetician will adjust the products and steps to what your skin actually needs on the day. Please tell us about any medication, recent treatments, allergies, or if you're pregnant, as some products and steps may need to be changed or left out.
What's included
- Consultation about your concerns and current routine
- Double cleanse and gentle exfoliation
- Nano-infusion pass with anti-ageing serums, peptides and antioxidants
- Firming mask
- Lifting facial and décolleté massage
- Moisturiser, eye product and SPF
What to expect at your appointment
Allow an hour. After cleansing and exfoliation, your esthetician works the nano device across the face in sections while layering the active serums — it feels like light vibration.
A firming mask follows, then lifting massage through the face, neck and décolleté, and finally moisturiser, eye product and sunscreen. Some pinkness is normal and settles within a few hours.
Who it's best for
Fine lines, uneven texture and loss of firmness, and anyone wanting more than a standard facial without microneedling downtime. Not suitable on active acne, broken skin, or with isotretinoin use. Tell us if you're pregnant so the serums can be adjusted.
Caring for it at home
No makeup for the rest of the day if possible, sunscreen without exception, and no acids or retinoids for 48 hours.
A course of four to six sessions spaced two to four weeks apart gives the best results. The best results come from what you do between appointments: a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser suited to your skin, and daily sunscreen. Sunscreen matters more than any single product you can buy.
Tips from our stylists
- Book a course of four to six for meaningful results
- Pause retinoids for two days either side
- Sunscreen daily is non-negotiable after active treatments
- Include your neck and décolleté in your home routine
- Consider microneedling if you want a stronger result and can accept downtime
Common questions
- How is this different from microneedling?
- Nano tips work in the top layer only — no bleeding, no real downtime. Microneedling penetrates deeper for stronger results with recovery time.
- How many sessions do I need?
- Four to six, spaced two to four weeks apart, gives noticeably better results than a single session.
- Is there downtime?
- Minimal — some pinkness for a few hours.
- Can I have it while pregnant?
- Tell us, and the serums will be adjusted. Some actives are avoided during pregnancy.
