About this service

Eyebrow waxing removes the hair outside your brow shape, leaving a clean, defined line. The shaping is the skilled part: your therapist works with your natural brow and the proportions of your face rather than imposing a trend shape that will take months to grow back.

It's quick — around fifteen minutes — and the result lasts far longer than tweezing or threading at home.

Offered on-site by Charm Brows & Beauty.

What's included

  • Consultation about the shape and how much you want removed
  • Skin cleansed and prepared before waxing
  • Wax applied and removed to your agreed shape
  • Tweezing of any stray hairs for a clean finish
  • Soothing product applied afterwards
  • Aftercare advice

What to expect at your appointment

Allow about 15 minutes. Your therapist maps the shape with you first and will show you what they intend to remove before starting.

The skin is cleansed, wax applied in sections and removed, and strays tweezed. A soothing product is applied at the end. Expect some redness for a short time afterwards — that settles quickly.

Who it's best for

Anyone who wants defined brows with minimal upkeep between appointments. If you're on retinoids, acne medication such as isotretinoin, or any prescription that thins the skin, tell your therapist before your appointment — waxing may not be safe for you.

Caring for it at home

Keep the area clean and leave it alone for 24 hours: no makeup on the brows, no heavy exercise, no sauna, steam room or sunbed, and no exfoliating the area.

Avoid picking or plucking between appointments — letting the hair grow to a workable length makes the next shaping much better. Most people return every three to four weeks.

Tips from our stylists

  • Let the hair grow for at least two weeks before your appointment
  • Tell your therapist about retinoids, acid exfoliants or acne medication — these matter
  • Bring a photo if you want a specific shape, and say if you want them kept fuller
  • Skip makeup on the brows for 24 hours afterwards
  • Resist tweezing between appointments so the shape stays even

Common questions

How long does eyebrow waxing last?
Usually three to four weeks, depending on how quickly your hair grows.
Does it hurt?
It's brief, and most people find it very manageable. Some redness afterwards is normal and settles quickly.
Can I have it if I use retinol?
Tell your therapist first. Retinoids and acid exfoliants thin the skin, and waxing may not be safe — you may need to pause them beforehand.
How long does it take?
About 15 minutes.
